The Colorauction Gift Card is a digital product, so there is no physical item to ship and no shipping charges.
Delivery: The Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address after successful payment and order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges: Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. They cannot be cancelled or redeemed for cash once purchased.
Important: Please make sure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly while placing the order. Colorauction is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout.

What if I want to exchange or return my order?
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once purchased, a Colorauction Gift Card cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged for another Gift Card, or redeemed for cash.
However, products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
In case of an eligible product return, the refund amount will be credited back to the Gift Card used for the purchase, subject to our applicable return and refund terms.
