  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Charges (Within India)

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within India
  • There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries across INDIA.

Shipping Charges (Outside India)

  • Shipping charges shown at checkout are payable to Colorauction. Any import duties/taxes subsequently imposed by the destination country's customs authorities are payable by the customer.
  • By placing an international order, you agree to the total amount shown at checkout.
  • No additional charges will be collected by Colorauction beyond the amount displayed at checkout, unless required by the destination country's customs or local authorities.

Order Tracking (Within India)

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link or tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.

Order Tracking (Outside India)

  • International orders are shipped through trusted global courier partners such as DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination and service availability.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment throughout its journey.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make maximum 2 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
  • Colorauction is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Colorauction is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support at info@colorauction.com, and we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears to be damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible.
  • If accepted, report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos and your order details.
